Hardwood Flooring Service, Flooring
Doug was excellent in customer service. Order was delayed (coming from China) through the flooring company - he kept on top of the order and gave us weekly updates. Scheduled installation to be done before a requested date. Installers got straight to work and completed job as quoted. Made minor trim changes as requested. Was told 4 men would arrive to install but only 2 did the work. Quote included removal of carpet and moving of large pieces of furniture. We had to remove small pieces and unhook electronics such as big screen TV.
