Jeff and Alex did a great job! What's more is Plumboss responded to a few clarifying calls before I hired them and made sure I understood what they were going to do and what parts they would use. They were the only plumber of the five I contacted that called back to answer my questions. And they showed up the day and time they promised. They also provided what I thought was a fair price and did a professional job - straight lines, no sloppy glue joints. I am very proud to show their work to anyone. Superbly. We lost hot water last Sunday, and I contacted three of your recommended plumbers. Plumboss responded first, and the manager came at 0800 Monday morning to inspect and provide an estimate. His was first and best estimate on a Naivien tankless water heater. Crew came the next morning at 0800 to install it. It works beautifully.

This company is fantastic. I called and Jim, the owner, answered. We set up an appointment for then next day and he came just when he said he would.
