Pete has been an exceptional help to us. He has helped us with a number of issues including ac and heat, large appliances, so many smaller issues I can't count and has always been very responsive when we call, quick to call back, and quick to come out to address the issue. He has a lot of knowledge in many areas and we trust him implicitly. His fees have been very reasonable and we are happy to pay knowing we can rely on his expertise. So many of our neighbors feel the same way.
