Actually, they are coming today. I use them for all my properties that I manage. They are always on time. If you have an emergency or a problem, they are right there for you. We never have to wait more than a couple of hours if there was an issue. I think I have six contracts with them with other houses and they take care of them excellently.

I have been a customer with them for about 5-6 years now. The technicians have all been fine. I have had no problems with the scheduling.

The technician showed up in the middle of the time frame I was told he would be here. He told me I had some air blowing out of the duct work and that should solve the problem. He spent quite a bit of time making sure the leaks were sealed and when he finished, there were no leaks and our AC works better than it has in quite a while. When I asked how much I owed, he told me they installed the unit and there was no charge. This company stands behind their work because they installed the unit 4 years ago.
