Scott did our tile, and he did an outstanding job; he went over and above all expectations! Our lanai was a mess from Hurricane Ian, and we had our screens installed first. We didn't think he would be able to install the tile properly, but he did, and the tile looks beautiful. We had to wait because he was booked up, but it was worth the wait. If you want the best, contact Scott and get on the schedule. He sticks to his word, and he is a professional. Scott and his crew removed all the old tile and old carpeting from our 1835sq ft home. They installed all new tile, new toilets, created a new master walk-in shower that is amazing. They prepped the kitchen and bathrooms for all new countertops, installed a kitchen backsplash and backsplash at the eat-in bar area. They removed towel bars, toilet bars and installed new ones. The had to plaster and prepare the walls for the painters. They hooked up the plumbing in the kitchen and all three bathroom sinks. There are no leaks and everything looks fantastic. Scott was very responsive via email and by phone. He and his brother Jamie were very easy to talk to and ask questions. They were very professional and fun to work with. I would definitely recommend them and hire them again.

I contacted Scott at Pebblestone Tile and Flooring to come for an estimate and from the start communication was excellent.  Scott keeps the customer informed of appointments, start times each day, project tasks scheduled each day.  He will communicate through email, phone calls, and text messages - whatever works best for you.  He was always willing to answer questions and offered some great suggestions.  Scott and his co-worker Joe perform all the work - no subcontractors.  Both have pleasant personalities and are easy to talk to.  As I was living in the house during this major remodeling project,  Scott kept my needs in mind as the work proceeded ensuring that I had a working bathroom and a clear pathway to get to various areas of the house - bathroom, bedroom, etc.  He has an excellent ability to plan projects ensuring everything is completed in the stated time - no delays.  I added a few tasks to the project and they were able to get these done as well.  Both Scott and Joe worked diligently to complete the project.  They completed my home renovation in two weeks. They take pride in their work and it shows through their attention to detail.  While they were working on my house, I truly felt that I was their first priority.  A major remodel can potentially be a very stressful time.  They made it stress free.
