Jessie Jones was my serviceman. He was very courteous and exceptional at providing info I was unaware of like my UV light. Also was concerned about finding replacement filters and he too the time to help me with my search. I must say he was the most helpful service provider I’ve had experience with since moving to FL! Very friendly, knowledgeable and informative! Thank you for employing such a professional.

Whole process went very well. From initial problem diagnosis to final installation. I had arrived at my condo late on a warm Sunday evening and found that my A/C was not working. I called ParkerAire and arranged for a service tech to be there early the next day. After being presented with my options I decided to completely replace my old unit. Since they could not get the installation done for a few days they quickly installed a loaner condenser unit to cool our home. We arranged a date for the new install and they arrived on time and completed all the work that day.

What a nightmare. A Parker Aire tech came and installed our new air handler. Was told there is no heating element in the handler, not a problem in SW Florida. Everything seemed fine. A year later a/c it stopped working. Told by the same Parker Aire tech a new motor was needed. Didn't question his 'expert' diagnosis. He brought the new motor and installed it. Within hours the a/c was blowing 10 degrees hotter than it ever has. Called the tech. Was told that was normal. Got electric bill- was $100 more than it's ever been in 6 years. Called the Parker Aire tech and was told it was normal and the bill would go down. Sweated all month, got the electric bill- it was more than 2x our highest bill has ever been- over $550!!! Called Parker Aire and was told we could pay to have another tech come out and fix the mistake their other tech made. NOPE. Come to find out the first tech lied about the heating element. Apparently he didn't know how to wire the motor properly and just cut some wires and called it good. Well, the heater was coming on when the a/c was too and it's cost us over $1200. There are many a/c companies in SW Florida. Stay far away from this one. RUN AWAY. FAST!!!

Outstanding Professional service from Customer Service Manager Joseph and highly trained Technicians especially Joshua who went above and beyond to correct builders installation mistakes with no extra charges.

Changed their schedule to accommodate our needs, showed up on time and did the work per the estimate. Very professional.

In one business day, they had all the old equipment out, and new equipment installed and working! They had a great installation team that worked smoothly together. When the inspector came a few days later, he said he wished he'd seen more of their work at different sites because it is done with such high quality and integrity.

Rental Link manages close to 1000 rental/investment properties in SW Florida. We could not do what we do without Parker Aire. This company will go above and beyond any HVAC company around and we have used a few over the years. The attention to detail is incredible. Time is money but they will spend hours with you just to explain what, why, and how things will be done. It's a local family company which makes all the difference. Never do you walk away going "Was I overcharged, did I really need to do all that?" You are getting Lexus service at a Kia price. I highly recommend this company and use them for my personal property as well.

The installers arrived at the set time on a very hot day in July. They were very careful not to leave a trace of dust, dirt, or even a fingerprint!        All they left behind was cold, clean, refreshing filtered air!

Went well. They were neat and efficient. He cleaned up after himself and the ac works great. I've used Parker Air for at least 15 years and would never use anyone else.

Nice installers that did all and more than expected that day

We lost our ac unit on a sunday and called Parker Air as quests were using our home
.  Not only did they answer, they made a special trip out to get it running for the day before they replaced it the following day, and the thing is, they did it over the phone as I was away on business!  They followed up, called me, and it was amazing, no one should EVER use anyone else. I wish I could rate them for more than Excellent!

Removal of old equipment and installation went flawlessly also ahead of schedule. The small personal touches like having their name and number right on the new thermostat is so nice as well!

Parker Air responded the same day I called. They detected a faulty sensor that had produced a false error that indicated an AC system leak. A previous vendor had accepted the false error at face value. Parker Air tested the system for other possible causes and found the cause, replaced the sensor, and solved the problem. The AC has performed without failure since then.
