1st Rate experience from start to finish! Joe was wonderful to deal with, and fun to talk to! Everything went as planned, and I was called shortly after my order was taken to schedule my install (approximately 2 months out). When the week of install arrived, I received a confirmation call. The day of install, the installer called to let me know when he would arrive. Installation was quick and done with the highest level of professionalism. I only did one window at this time, but do plan to do the rest of the house when funds allow. I have already referred my sister to him! Beautiful product! Absolutely thrilled!
