Pampers Hi-Tech Cleaners

. I did not receive a call so I assumed the dress was properly cleaned. I went to pick it up 2 days after it was supposed to be done. The man who gave me the dress . I said. "so you were able to clean it". He said no we tried but because of the leather on the pockets we had to clean the whole dress and the stains did not come out.. I looked and they were still very visible, although slightly faded. I said "well then I do not owe you anything". He got very beligerent and said "you owe me $11.50 because we tried to clean it. I told him I told the lady if they thought they could not get the dots out to call me and he said she told I understood there would be a charge regardless. That was not true. I gave them low marks for poor communication , professionalism. Also disappointed that I got this from Angies list

I was very pleased with the work Pampers Hi-Tech Cleaners did. They told me it would take 2 weeks to repair the jacket and they were correct. I thought the jacket was ruined, but they fixed it and I am still wearing it now. If you look closely you can tell where the patch is, but it is difficult to see. You really have to look for it. I would give them an A+ on quality.
