We thought for sure there was a problem with our garage door, it sounded terrible! I called on Tuesday, they came out on Thursday at the time I needed (I work full-time) The technician was VERY nice, professional and got right to work. He not only serviced the door, he showed me what we should due to make sure the door has a long life and functions the way it should. Seldom do I see this excellent work ethic and professionalism!!

They were excellent!

It went very well. The service technician, Andy "Wooly" Clem, arrived on time, was very professional and explained the operation of the new garage door opener thoroughly. He also lubricated the rails and adjusted the remote in my car to the new opener. I would highly recommend Andy.

They were scheduled to come out between 8-10 a.m. and the tech was right on time, at 8:00 a.m. This time the service tech was "Wooly"; he was right on time, helpful, polite , and, again, professional.

Very happy with this company.  We had our garage door malfunction and
could not remove my car until the door was repaired.  We called Overhead Door
Co. and they came out the same day.  Replaced the pair of springs, reattached
the cables and lubricated the rollers.  Fair price for excellent work.
We have also gone to the company when our garage door
battery needed
replacing.

 They said the warranty still had a year and since the hardware had been a known problematic unit they decided to throw free labor in on the deal.  They came out right on time THE NEXT DAY and fixed more than they had to.  NOBODY has ever given me service like that before, ever.  This isn't the first time I have been impressed by this company.  This time I finally decided to do something nice in return, praise a company that actually knows the meaning of integrity.

We are getting a new hurricane door and it is to be installed in approximately two weeks and yesterday the spring in our current door broke. We are going out of town tomorrow and they responded promptly and came out and did a temporary fix. We are very grateful and would highly recommend them. They went above and beyond. Excellent service. The Overhead Door Company salesman and quot;Boband quot; recommended a very robust door manufactured by DAB Corp. This was an excellent suggestion as this door carries a full Miami Dade NOA certification which can lower your insurance if you live in a high wind area ( like Florida). The door is rated to over 160 MPH wind loads and is impact rated. The DAB door integrates much of its reinforcement into the door as opposed to on the door like other manufacturers.
Overhead Door Company kept in touch throughout the permitting process. They confirmed the install date a week ahead. The techs arrived on the day and on time. They were courteous and professional, and left the area clean when they finished.
The door and install job passed County Inspection with no problem.
Knowledgable sales people, fair price, on time, done correctly. What more could you ask for ?

Repairman was punctional and professional. He had to go get the broken part and came back soon to finish the repair. We haven't had problems since.

They did an excellent job. They were attentive and on time. Everything was laid out. It went out so smoothly. They were reasonable on price.

They were very punctual. I called an 800 number and they dispatched locally. The people making the phone calls were a total A. I'd give them an A+.

Replaced new door but the garage door makes a racket when opening and closing. The chain (which previously worked fine) on the opener jerks and flops around as the door opens and closes and I suspect it will snap or break soon although the repairman felt it would be fine.
