Greg was very professional an knowledgeable. Fixed my stove and ice maker and also identified a plumbing issue I had with water getting to the ice maker. I have worked with other appliance repair companies in the past and nobody compares to what Third Coast has to offer! I explained to Greg over the phone what was going on, let him listen to the sound and he knew exactly what was wrong. He explained my option to me and we agreed to complete the repair. I explained the problem to him and he ordered the part and two days later he came out and repaired the washer. He had to take the top and front off and he done the repair in about 45 mins. Very satisfied with the work and price of repair.
