We hired Olde Florida Contracting to remodel an investment property in Fort Myers, which included a full bathroom remodel (plumbing, electrical, drywall, etc.), full house drywall, plastering, roof work, and other updates that needed done. We've worked with different contractors in the past, and always experienced issues, whether it be timeliness, quality or simply lack of follow-up. That said, our experience with Olde Florida Contractors was excellent and they are light years above the rest, not only in terms of quality of work, but also project management, responsiveness, contracts/releases, pricing, and simple professionalism. Chrissy, Jacob, and Ronda completed the work earlier than agreed (which was amazing to us), on-budget, passed all city inspections without any issues, and the quality of work was excellent. If you are looking for a home improvement/remodel contractor, you should definitely give them a call. We are glad we did, and will definitely engage them on future projects.

In the end, we did not build the project due to other factors - but we were well down the road with Jacob and Olde Florida. He was extremely professional, his project estimates were detailed and easy to comprehend, and his communication was prompt and complete. (Oh, and his bid was the most reasonable.) I can't speak to the actual construction process and end product, but as far as bidding and and planning I was really impressed, and would recommend Olde Florida.

Jacob is always very timely and quick to get back to you with any questions and quotes. He arrived on time to install the door and did a great job. Will definitely hire him again and recommend him to my friends. He's the kind of contractor that listens to what you're trying to accomplish and really gets the job done!!

I provided a sketch and rough drawing of the area with diagrams of what I wanted to do. Olde Florida Contractors took that information to their Architect and drafting department, along with the original blueprints of my home. The completed PROFESSIONALplans provided detailed information of the project. I approved the new drawings and Olde Florida Contractors hand carried everything to the local building department. The project was approved and materials ordered. Olde Florida adhered to their proposed schedule through out the entire project. Walls went up, windows installed, electrical work was completed, air conditioning duct work was installed and the drywall was installed. Next came the finish work and the interior and exterior doors were installed, closet bi-fold doors were installed and the job was completed... ON TIME AND ON BUDGET! I am VERY happy with the Completed Project. I have been a Florida Licensed Real Estate Broker for more than 35 years and in that time I have worked with a large number of Builders and Contractors. I have been involved with very large golf course and waterfront communities involving the building of hundreds of single family homes, which involved a very large number of Builders and Contractors. I have also helped a large number of my real estate clients with changes to properties they have purchased or to make modifications to properties they were getting ready to sell.... mostly by recommending various contractors over the years. Olde Florida Contractors, Inc. ranks extremely high on the list of Professional Craftsmen and a company that understands what the word "Integrity" means. I am making them # 1 on my list and recommend them as "the go-to people" for all of my construction needs.
