O'Brien Hyundai & Mitsubishi

Did not go well ...my daughter paid for the extended warranty on her car she had it serviced for a oil change and only a thousand miles and a month-and-a-half later it shut off she had it towed to the dealership and they said it was out of coolant and they would not honor the warranty because they said it was her fault but yet they tried to sell her another car and still make her responsible for the broke down car.. she is a single mother with two little kids and now has no car I have not been able to get a call back from anybody in the two weeks that I have tried and left multiple messages these people will do anything they can to get you to buy the car but then when something goes wrong they want nothing to do with it not to mention they were rude to her and acted like they did not care.. and then come to find out this car also has had multiple recalls

They have an waiting area, and its fine. The workers are professional, and very good. Schedule maintenance. I take it into the dealership. I would recommend them to an family member.

We have a Subaru and a Hyundai. They service both. They're very good.

The experience was good. They were very professional, and gave us a good deal. We have been happy with the car. We had a small issue, but they resolved it really quickly.

I went to the dealership with an appointment and hey were very through checking me in. The work was done quickly, and they even washed my car. Service was very friendly and knowledgeable.

We love the car. However, an out-dated navigation system was factory installed. Streets that were build 10 years ago are not listed. So it doesn't help much. We feel this was a rip-off and 2013 navigation system should have been installed or the system should have been up-dated prior to delivery of the car. Our payments are also more a month than what we signed for in our contract. It's only 29 cents a month but come on...

Made a repair under warranty without me asking them to do so. Great!

very easy and uncomplicated

The O'brien Hyundai dealership was not inspiring me enough that I wanted to rush right back. I think they were suggesting I have more work done than I thought I needed. I can not remember what they were suggesting.

It's expensive since it was done through a dealer. Overall though it was a decent experience.

The whole process was convenient and the staff was professional. I used my bank's car buying service to get the best price and the sales team of Rex Moonshower and Eric Caceres were professional and courteous and answered my questions and respected my wish to test drive and then return another day to actually order the vehicle.

They are pretty good guys. I have no problems with them.
