They are not like really good but they are good. For pricing, they are good but not great. For quality, they are very good. They are very responsive. They are very punctual. They are very professional.

The delivery and customer service were not very good. We were delivered with three pieces which were damaged so we took those back. The prices are exceptionally high. I didn't think that the value was there. They have nice furniture. Evidently, they didn't check the furniture before it was delivered. We ended up sending back a rug and a chair which was obvious that it was damaged. It should have been noticed. They've been in business for a long time so people buy from them. My experience wasn't altogether a pleasant one.
