They collected half the money up front and did not do the job and they were suppose to refund me $2,200. That I had to put down. This company did a run around, promised to get the permit, that didn't happen, so I was told they would show up last Tuesday after lunch, they did not show. So the owner called and said he would refund my money and no money was received.
