The two technicians came early in the morning, disassembled the old rusty system and installed the new system all by mid-afternoon. A new internet capable thermostat was installed as well. The job was done efficiently, neatly and professionally. The two technicians were both courteous and professional. Mr Nemeth came by after to inspect the job which was done perfectly.

The humidistat was faulty. We came back to a house full of mold. It cost us $17,000 to get this fixed. We think when they installed the air conditioner they ripped some of the insulation which caused mold to reach into our closet - but we can't absolutely prove that. Would not recommend.
