They did a good job. They were the best priced. The product was good but I felt like I had to stay on top of them.

He did not show that day and I called the office and they gave me his cell which I called and heard his voice in voice mail and left a message asking him to call me back to reschedule and did not hear anything from him. obviously won't use this company!

A telephone call, agreed price and prompt service. This was done quickly and professionally. My thanks to Bill Ritter in sales and David Harvey who with an assistant (I'm sorry, I didn't get his name) did a great job of installation.

They were on time or early for each appointment. WCI was very accommodating to my schedule to have the work performed. Very professional from start to finish. Can already notice temperature consistency through out the house.

The home was built in 2005 but I am a big advocate in over insulation. The home originally had R-30 blown in but it had settled quite a bit thus reducing its effectiveness. I added another 6 inches. I got 3 quotes. These guys were very professional. They called the day before to tell me when they would be there and then showed up on time. The job took about an hour and they cleaned up before they left.

Their sales guy came out and inspected the the home in advance and explained the options and pricing. The installers got the job done a few days later. They could have been a little more professional and I would have appreciated it if they explained exactly what they were doing. But, at the end of the day, they got the job done correctly and quickly. The final judge of the quality of the work will be my electric bill this summer. Hopefully it'll be noticeably lower.

I knew that I was going to need more insulation in my attic.The house was built in the 50's and some insulation had been added. I contacted several companies to do an estimate, then I called West Coast Insulation (239-334-2338). The person that contacted me, asked me if I had FPL do an energy audit- which I hadn't. I found out that FPL gave an instant credit to participating installers. That was the best info! I had FPL come out a few days later. The person took care of everything, and a few days later I had the proper amount of insulation in my attic.
