Description of Work: A recent homeowner inspection revealed a very long list of needed repairs. He took care of everything from framing, sheet rock, painting, replacing exterior doors, repairing ceiling fan, mounting new fixtures, installing smoke detectors, adjusting garage door opener and chain, recaulking windows, etc, etc. He is very meticulous, very knowledgeable and very professional. His price is fair. I highly recommend his services.
