He came the same day I called and fixed the problem in about 30 Minutes.

After finding Moen on the List, I called to make an appointment.  It turned out that Dan was nearby finishing another job and could come over and do the work in our house about 30 min. later.  He arrived as scheduled and did the 2 jobs in about 90 minutes.  He was professional, helpful and efficient.

Toilet tank was leaking because the tank to bowl bolts  were rusted. Matt replaced/rebuilt entire toilet and left everything clean and in great working condition.

Matt was great. He explained everything and gave good advice about getting my tank pumped out.

The price was very fair. They showed up as promised and did excellent work. I paid exactly the estimated $650 for the Hot water heater & installation. They were knowledgeable and friendly. What more could I say except that I would highly recommend them.
The additional charge was my fault since I failed to inform them that I wanted a new drip pan so they had to take extra time to go and get one.

Had a backup and found them online. Called them and they were very punctual. They came out and snaked the line and identified there was a break in the pipe. I paid an additional $120 to locate the break in the pipe. They quoted me $400 to come out and dig the yard and fix the pipe. I decided to not go that route and dig up the yard myself since that was the cheaper route but I am guessing what they quoted is the going price for a fix like that. I didn't dig up the yard until a couple of months later and when I did I couldn't find the pipe. I called them back and Matt was nice and courteous, he came back out at no extra charge to locate the break in the pipe again.
All in all I had a very pleasant experience with them and would recommend them.

We just had the work done this morning and so far everything is running smoothly. No more running sound when we flush the toilets. Good job!

by 8.30 he finished the job.

Arrived on time. Expedient in old water heater removal. Efficient with new installation. Provided quality replacement. Job was completed exactly as quoted. I will use Moen Brothers again when the time comes.

Was on time efficient courteous and cost effective had all the tools to perform the job.
