Mike and his team were very professional. He came out to my house gave me a free estimate and took the time to explain to me what he thought should be done after listening to what I said I wanted. He followed what I wanted and gave a couple suggestions that I then understood were reasonable. he was always professional with me and I felt like his crew actually cared about my trees and property were like. They left my property looking cleaner than what it started and I truly appreciate that.

He was rude to me. His tree trimming was ok but customer service was very poor. He called me two hours before he wanted to come and didn’t have the courtesy to schedule ahead of time.
