Prompt service and they handle the insurance as well. Very satisfied with the ease of fixing this issue. Service at my home was a huge plus as well.

Fantastic. They ordered the RV windshield 3 times, as the first two came in broken. When the third one arrived, they moved their schedule around to put it in the next day, as we were planning to leave the area soon. Installers were professional and really nice guys. Highly recommend!

Lou arrived the following day of placing the phone  call and fixed the windshield within 1/2 hour.  I would certainly use Mikes Auto Glass again.

I called Mike's and explained the problem, they went over what they would do and all the risks and possible complications that might occur. They quoted firm prices for all options so I would know how much money might be involved if for instance the windshield was damaged during removal or reinstallation. They even ordered a windshield so that they would have it on hand if needed. They quoted a price of $132.50 if everything went smoothly which I thought was very reasonable.

When technician got to our house I showed him the problem, he spent a few minutes studying the situation, he then went to his van and came back with a little flat bar with a hook on the end  and said that he thought he could fix the problem without removing the windshield. After fishing around under the windshield for about 5 minutes he removed a 2" long sponge rubber and announced that the problem was fixed. I was ecstatic since I was  imagining all the potential problems we could have had if we had removed the windshield, leaks etcetera.

When he went to the van to write up the bill I saw him on his phone and when he returned with the bill he said he called the office and they told him to bill me for the $25.00 trip charge only since the fix was so simple. I was very impressed with how fairly they treated me especially I am a winter visitor and will probably never need tier services again. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs windshield service.  

Compared to the previous 3 or more chip repairs I have had done, I would say the job was poor.  Previous jobs have had the window drilled and then filled, and it was nearly impossible to detect where the chip had been.  This time my small chip (1/16" wide by 3/16" long) was not drilled, and it is nearly impossible to tell if any repair was done.  The chip is just as visible as it was before.  When I talked to Mike regarding the quality of the repair, he became agitated, interrupted me, talked over me and raised his voice.  After a few minutes he ended the conversation abruptly leaving me with a dead line.  No, I would not recommend this company.
