Metro Granite & Marble

After the installers left, we cleaned the sink that was left covered with a film of what looked like a heavy light brown dusty coating. That is when we noticed the sink was so badly scratched. The owner, repeatedly ignored phone calls, and voice mails requesting that he repair/replace or give me a credit for the damaged sink. He finally had the sales rep. from C-Tech come inspect the sink. After several months, we did receive a refund of $300.00 towards the value of the sink, because the only way to replace the sink would have been to remove the granite. We would have preferred a sink that looked as brand new as we were expecting upon delivery.

From start to finish Jason and his team did a great job on our install the granite we pick out turned out beautiful the turn around was very quick I would use Metro granite again thank you guys for a job well done.

Excellent job. Very quick and professional. Jason listened to what we wanted and really helped with our decision. They measured the granite professionally and were in and out in no time and everything was accurate. The install went like clockwork and they cleaned up after they were done beautifully. The granite looks great! We had a small scratch on the bathroom granite and they came back and fixed it completely to our satisfaction and we are very , very picky about stuff. The kitchen install was perfect. They really know what they are doing and are priced competitively. I would highly recommend then to anyone looking for a well priced, neat, professional job.
If I knew how to give them the Page of Happiness happy face and the Super Service Award, I would.

My husband and I learned a great deal about the and quot;granite businessand quot; as we undertook this kitchen upgrade. From our experience, it's a pretty cut-throat, scrappy business! Each company seems to want to undercut/underbid the other. That being said, we highly recommend Metro Granite (a small company), co-owned by Jason (handles the business side--graduate of Purdue) and Giovani (fantastic installer). We choose a Level 4-5 granite from a nearby distributor who Metro had worked with in the past. When Giovani was setting out the templates, I asked him to do no damage to the existing wallpaper, and he came thru brilliantly. I trusted both Jason and Giovani with this expensive upgrade because they are knowledgeable, fair, competent, and concerned business owners. Our project turned out even better than we dreamed. We plan to install granite in our bathrooms and will definitely have Metro do the job.
