Fantastic. Christine came to our home and answered every question we had. Thoroughly knowledgeable about every item in their inventory. After Finishing up with us, she invited us to see Metro’s show room. We met her later in the week and, once again, she did a great job in discussing our options with us. We made the order. On installation day, Joe Powers arrived on time and wasted no time doing the installation. Completely professional, Joe worked alone and completed the three blinds in under an hour. Great job from him with complete clean up and great attitude the entire time. Both Christine and Joe followed the required safety features for the COVID-19 Pandemic, masked and conscious of the Social Distancing at all times. We highly recommend Metro Blinds to anyone planning the purchase and installation of any of their products. Great! I got a couple of estimates and Metro had the best solution for a large span of oversized sliders. They were also knowledgeable about home automation integration for the blinds, which is my ultimate goal. The blinds are now installed and look great! They match my other existing blinds very well. Finally, I can have these large sliders but some privacy at night! Everyone I met with was extremely professional, knowledgeable and nice, from the salesroom floor to the estimator to the installer.

They were here as scheduled to quote the job. The local company that actually manufactures the shutters came as scheduled and took the measurements in advance of the manufacturing process. They were very professional, and the work was completed on time. The shutters are beautiful and fit perfectly.

They were great but I ended up no liking the material.  I think the price is a little high. They mislead me a little bit with the material and it didn’t hang well at all.

It went really well, but I did not get it through Angie's List. I saw it in the paper. I know one thing that is the difference, if you use Metro Blinds and then the guys come out to install the actual wood shutters they leave you a number that cuts out the middle man, i.e., the blind company. In other words you can call them and you can get them a lot cheaper, I have found out now. They did a fine job. Metro Blinds did not make the product. The woman that came and called on me was a little short with me, but other than that. She came when she said she was going to. They said when they were ready and they were ready by another company. I am going to have the manufacturer put the rest of the blinds up and not use Metro Blinds again. I think that they are a lot overpriced.

It went fine. They got a wrong measurement for the entry way so they had to take it away and redo it. One of the handles broke so I called them today and they have a new handle for it. They have a high price.
