These goons put down the wrong sealer (Magic sealer which is zylene based) on travertine. The sealer washed the color out of the travertine. What a nightmare. Because they didn't want to hear about it, I had to soak the deck with acetone 3 times and powerwash 3 times...took two full days and about 16 hours of my time to get the crap they put on, off.
The only response I got when I explained the nature of the problem is that someone would get in touch with me next week.
If you want to use a company who is nonresponsive, expensive, and based on my experience, incompetent, and uses mindless goons....
...then these are the people for you.
