As soon as the new car salesman learned that we were seeking information about MB European delivery program, he passed us off to a used car salesman who knew little about the program. It was a big waste of time and we did not get the information we desired. That's unfortunate because MB of Fort Myers is the nearest MB dealer to us would have been the purchase and service dealer for us. We are now looking elsewhere.

They are extremely polite, helpful and courteous.  They always make sure you leave happy.  I will continue to work with them.

I purchased a CPO vehicle for my wife. We immediately had problem after problem with it. I was suspicious of this car either having far more miles on it than indicated or having been in a collision or both. Repeated complaints to service and conversations with the GM were all met with the assurance that this was not the case. Finally after demanding that this vehicle be exchanged for another CPO, the GM gave us the full extended warranty on the car for 5 years. They also did our first maintenance at no charge which was very much appreciated! After that I was pleased and we had no more service issues. About a month later my wife was in an accident. At this time my suspicions were confirmed, that indeed this car was in a previous collision and a fairly major one at that. The area of impact also confirmed my earliest fears as the car had alignment issues and then had to have the right front strut replace at approx. 8K miles . I have the testimony of the repairing facility and the old parts to prove this. They also pointed out other paint work, body putty, and residual overspray. I was furious to say the least. I called both the new GM of the dealership and Mercedes itself. The GM told me that they were allowed to sell a vehicle that had been in a collision as CPO as long as there was no frame damage. In their defense, in my conversation with Mercedes I was told that they left it to the and quot;dealer's discretionand quot; to sell a vehicle as CPO if it had been in a collision as long as it was restored to specs. My complaint is two-fold. One, and this upsets me the most, I was repeatedly outright lied to about the collision issue as it was blatantly obvious once the vehicle was on a lift and secondly, feel it is very false advertising about the quality of a CPO vehicle. I have had multiple Mercedes products over the years, although all of them new. This is the first and last vehicle of any type I will purchase from Mercedes of Ft. Myers!!!i

All went well. Wendy Rich is an excellent service assistant. Due to us living so far away, she made it convenient for us to bring the car in a day before, gave a loaner. Called with diagnostics report. We ok'd the service and they called when it was ready to pick up.

This is the only place we will take our CLK.

Great.

The work was expensive, but the job was well done and the advise as to how to proceed was also good.

I'm pretty happy with them and have no complaints, whatsoever. I give them the highest ratings and will continue to use them in the future.
