She showed up around 10 or 11a.m. I took her around the house and showed her what she supposed to do.
she was on the phone constantly, out on the lanai and out the front door for better reception. Each time her phone rang which was often she ran to see who was calling. She said she brought lunch and went and sad on the lanai and ate and drank for 30 minutes.
Then later she asked for a bottle of water. She used the bathroom constantly. Her cleaning was outrageous she does not know how to clean. She had to repeat her work over and over. I was so so frustrated. She is very very slow and she did not do anything that she was supposed to do.
She only vacuum and mop and that is the jest of it for 150 dollars. Angies list should remove her because it is not fair for another to go through that.

"[Removed Member Name]'s review is mean- spirited, misleading and dishonest. I was not a member of Angie's List when [Removed Member Name] contacted me. I was also not a business owner. The review does not belong on Angie's list. She must have gotten my name from one of my many good clients. I am working with Angie's list to have this review removed as it's members should not be allowed to use Angie's list as a bully board against private individuals. I agreed to $150 for 5 hours work as a estimate of work as discussed. Her expectations after my arrival considerably exceeded our discussion and that of typical cleaning jobs. The home is large and her expectations, such as polishing cabinet doors, not typical. I spent 5 hours working exclusive of any breaks as agreed. [Removed Member Name] falsely states work done was limited to mopping and vacuuming. Some of the work I preformed on that day included: master bath cleaning: two double sink vanities, scrubbing and cleaning large walk-in shower, large bathtub and toilet, scrubbed; sinks, mirrors, toilet, fixtures, vacuumed floor, Hall bathroom cleaned; sink, toilet, mirror, vacuumed and mopped tile. Vacuumed, mopped and dusted large living area and office. Also cleaned fixtures, baseboards, glass slider doors and dining table. Laundry room: polished wood cabinets top and bottom rows, vacuumed and mopped , cleaned window, washer and dryer, vacuumed rugs. Also moved furniture and shook out rugs and blankets in master bedroom. This was to be a trial, one time deal, before regular cleaning and any reviews is inappropriate under trial circumstances. I found her militant and demanding and I would not have returned as I have many kind, long term clients over the past 20 years. No one needs this one!"

I would highly recommend Marilee for housecleaning. She is courteous, prompt and provides an excellent level of service. She always is willing to put in extra effort too.
