Maravilla Cleaners

Requested 4 cleaners, they had availability only for 2. Fine. They came, cleaned for 4-5 hours. Charged me $600-$700 dollars. Requested laundry service, windows cleaning service etc. Non of those were done. The lady from the office kept sending me invoices and charging my card ?on file?. Then, they offered me a free ?re-clean? service with only 1 cleaner. I said fine. And then, they canceled that a day before the scheduled day and offered 25% discount. See attached pictures.

We have been using this service for over two months now. Very recently, on a date and time we were scheduled for cleaning, I got a call 15 minutes before the scheduled cleaning telling me the housekeeper had car trouble and could not make it Had I tried to cancel, it would have cost me $80.00 but the cleaner gets a free pass. Two days ago, I had a knock at the door at my appointed cleaning time. A young lady I had never met before was trying to tell me in Spanish that our regular maid was not coming. I called the office and confirmed that the stranger showing up at my door was a replacement for our regular person. No call, no text, just folks randomly showing up. Upon completion of the cleaning, I noticed that two of my burner caps were missing from my gas stove. Also, the stainless steel on the new stove had been badly scratched with some sort of abrasive cleanser or abrasive sponge. Company accepts no responsibility.

I have used Maravilla Cleaners for 2 years. They helped us move in, which was amazing as we had 3 houses moving into one house and the movers left piles of stuff in the barn. Maravella did it all! Cleaned and organized all of it! 5 stars for sure.
