Provided 2 people, yet most of work performed only by one person while the other followed her around. Was asked to clean 2nd bathroom with 20minutes still remaining, and was told that didn't have enough time. Sorry, but if the homeowner has a preference I what gets cleaned during the remainder of the time, you do it! You are being paid for your service!

They told me it was going to be $250 to clean for up to 3 hours, and if it was more they would adjust it. They were on time and polite, but only one of them spoke English. They did not do deep cleaning. They dusted and damp mopped. My floors are stone and needed to be deep cleaned. My counters in the bathroom had the top layer wiped down, but they were still sticky. As a go over, they did well, but for cleaning I was not satisfied. I was glad to get the 5% Angie's List discount.

No one spoke english...cleaning ok but not worth the $...second time it was 120$ and that was 2 people for about an hour..you dont know when they will come, only what day....you actually dont know until they get there! Wont have again...

That turned out just fine. Two cleaners came out and they were here for an hour and a half. I had them clean a general cleaning. They cleaned my whole house and they brought their own cleaning supplies.

The job went OK. We had a few communication issues because they didn’t speak much English, so they showed up when I wasn’t expecting them. The price was reasonable, they were punctual, and the quality was OK, but I’m not sure if I’d use them again. I’d give them a D in communication if it were a category.

I bought the Big Deal.When they came there were 5 maids it was somewhat overwhelming. Some of the maids experienced, some not. Only one spoke English. I really didn't get to go over what they were going to really do as this was my first house cleaning experience and they were in a hurry. I was grateful the Maid-Brigade could send someone as it was just before Christmas and I had out of state company coming. I didn't have time to ask questions as they were in and out quickly. The floor was my main concern and it came out a little streaky. Got less time because there were more maids at once. My sister commented she has pet allergies and she didn't even have a sniffle and I have pets. Over all I would say it was a good experience.

My winter home had been a little neglected all summer, and really needed a general cleaning. I took advantage of the coupon "special" cleaning for $99 that Maid Brigade offered Angie's List members. The understanding was that they would come out for two hours and do what they could in that time. The ladies came out on time (once I got the hang of their scheduling system) and got right to work. There were a couple of icky jobs, mildewed drawers in the fridge, a vanity that the palmetto bugs had gotten into, as well as the regular cleaning jobs. No problem! They went through the whole place in two hours, including most of the windows, and I was impressed enough that I had to pay them a little more.
I more recently hired Maid Brigade to clean an empty rental property between tenants. It was a considerably easier job, but the cost was $150. Not sure if I would hire them for that job again, seemed like a "commercial" rate, not nearly as good a value. But I would certainly call them an attempt to negotiate a little more reasonable cost on the next job.

On most occasions, they did a good job with the cleanings. However, some of the girls weren't as thorough, and I would have to supervise to ensure that things were done to my specifications. Also, they sometimes would do the work very quickly and wouldn't stay for the full hour. Ultimately, I went with another company because of this.
