Magical Home Theaters

Magical Home Theaters provided excellent service, Sara and Chris arrived on time and were extremely professional and courteous.  Magical Home Theaters spent approximately 5 days at my home, at the end of every day Sara and Chris showed me the progress that had happened that day.  Upon finishing on the final day, my home was left spotless and Sara sat down with me and explained my system thoroughly to me.  Sara reassured me that I was capable of controlling my system and kept joking with me telling me that I cannot break it.  Overall my experience with Magical Home Theaters was excellent, they provided a follow up call and made themselves available if I need some guidance.

Magical Home Theaters had two technicians (Sara and Chris) arrive first thing in the morning. They were extremely polite and knowledgeable. Throughout the install Sara and Chris kept me informed on the progress, they asked questions pertaining to my opinion on where I'd like my TV's mounted specifically. Sara and Chris were at my residence for a week, daily I was seeing progress and able to use my system more and more. At the end of the install, Sara sat down with me and taught me how to use the system. She was extremely patient with me and advised me that I could not "break" the system.  Sara also advised, that I can reach out to her and that she would respond promptly. This in fact was true, the few questions that I had, Sara responded quickly and was extremely helpful.

I contacted Andre Lawton of Magical Home Theaters to come to my house and repair my existing built in home stero system.  He removed some of the components and sent them to the manufacturer to be repaired.  A week later he came back to my house and said my existing stero system could not be repaired.  He then proceeded to have me sign a contract for an expensive (approximately $4,000) home theater system.  It took over a day to install the components and New speakers in every room.  I was pleased with the neatness and installation of the speakers......however, that was the extent of my satisfaction with this expensive stero system.  The system never worked to my satisfaction.  I had difficulty turning the system on and off, I couldn't get the tv to turn on, it was impossible to change the stations on the radio, and the other components such as DVD and CD didn't work properly.  In the beginning Andre Lawton came back to my house and attempted to remedy the problems with the system.  In October of this year NONE of the speakers for the system would work, except for the main two speakers.  Andre Lawton was suppose to come to my house to fix the problem, however he sent an inexperienced technician to my house.  (When the technician arrived at my house he said "Andre sent me out to work on your system,  He said I have to learn how to do this sometime").  The technician was not able to get the speaker to operate and left my house.  Andre made an appointment for 3:00 p.m. on a weekday to personally come out and fix the problems with the speakers.  HE NEVER SHOWED UP FOR THE APPOINTMENT AND WOULD NOT RETURN MY PHONE CALLS OR EMAILS. My speaker system has not worked for over a month now and Magical Home Theaters will not return my calls or emails.  I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND "MAGICAL HOME THEATERS".
