The first time Mr. Marty Untch came to my house for a wind mitigation was in 2012 when another wind mitigation "specialist" stated to my insurance company that I did not have a hip roof.  Marty had to document everything to show that I did have a hip roof after all.  He also did a 4 Point Inspection Report for my insurance company.  Then on February 2, 2016, he did a mitigation inspection because I had installed a new roof.  Although the roofing company handled the fee, I requested Marty to do the report because of his knowledge and expertise.  I wasn't going to take a chance on someone else who might not know what he/she was talking about.  Marty is a professional who knows the construction business.

Marty Untch built our custom home.  Took us every step of the way from design, materials, finishes and hands on every day. His follow up in impeccable; always on time ; always honest; always on time; handles all post completion issues immediately.  He was just here today for a minor plumbing issue...unbelievable diagnostician as well...he does all the follow up maintenance...and we all know that there is maintenance to do!  Everyone who I refer him to thinks he's great.

Marty was super knowledgable and helpful over phone. Came to my Sanibel home and did inspection of home/roof/attic to help with Hurricane Insurance rating. Insurance company had hired inspector previously that caused large increase in premium. Would highly recommend.

Mr. Untch is a highly professional and knowledgeable builder, who re-did a roof inspection by a previous inspector who failed to see many issues or problems with the home we had purchased. Not only did he do a thorough inspection, he provided us with excellent vendor to fulfill the repairs. All of his findings and suggestion have exceeded our expectations. Being new to Florida, we have encountered numerous issues with contractors and repair people. Finding an excellent professional such as Mr. Untch has been a huge help, since he apparently only works with others who are excellent in their respective fields.
