Very unprofessional! They agreed to and accepted pre-payment to mow the yard through the last Thursday of May. I arrive to the house Thursday June 5th and the yard is nearly knee-high. He claimed he mowed it a week ago, but the neighbors confirmed that nobody cut the grass the last week of May. I called him to inquire what happened and he only text back that he cut it last week. After I informed him that neighbors confirmed that this was incorrect, he would not respond. I politely asked that he honor the agreement for which he was prepaid, but he won't respond. I would definitely NOT recommend hiring someone who is willing to take money and not complete the job as agreed.
