Richard and his staff were amazing. I was worried about my roof not being secured properly so he did a 3 nail inspection! I also had him do a mold test in our home because my son suffers for asthma. He was very knowledgeable and seemed to really care about the quality of air in our home.Richard crawled up into my attic on one of the hottest days to inspect. God bless him!

We found mold in the wall between our bathroom and the garage on Sunday, April 26. Upon further investigation, we found that the mold had come through the wall and invaded the shower and cabinet areas in the master bathroom. I called LGT Restoration on Monday to get the mold tested so that we would know if we needed remediation. The owner recommended an independent air quality testing company. I scheduled the testing for the following day, but in the meantime, one of the owners of LGT came out to look at the mold and write up a proposal for remediation. The air quality testing was done immediately in the master bathroom, adjacent laundry room, hallway, living room, and bedroom. Tim and Richard at LGT began the remediation process right away, and by the end of the week, the process was complete. For something that could have been such a nightmare, the remediation process itself was very easy. The workmen were courteous and neat, and they took the time to work around our schedule. The product they used is plant-based, which made me feel much safer. I was anticipating the use of heavy chemicals and the possibility that we would have to move out for several weeks. Ironically, I was concerned that the chemicals would further irritate my daughter's allergies, as she had been sick for some time. We realized later that her illness was partially due to the mold. I didn't need to worry though. The product they used left no residue, didn't have to be wiped down, and didn't cause us or our dogs any distress. We were able to stay in our home throughout the process with no ill effects. I can't recommend LGT enough. The owners are knowledgeable about the products and the process, and they go out of their way to make the process as painless as possible. I was amazed at how simple and easy the process was, as well as how they treated my home as if it were their home. They patiently answered my endless questions, and in the end, left me with a clean and safe home. Thank you, LGT Restoration!
