Everything was great but they are so good, I had to wait 5 weeks for an appointment. It even cost less than the original quote - that is certainly not anything you see everyday! Will definitely have them provide all my leather repair needs in the future.

The service person was on time and very knowledgeable and extremely professional. He completed the work in 1 hour and the repair looks great

excellent!   He arrived on time, explained what he would be doing.  He finished in less than an hour with superb results!!  It was better than I anticipated for only 125.00!

I learned about the firm from a News Press Sunday paper article in the business section. I left a message on Facebook for them to call. I got the call and it was explained that a fee would be charged to do an estimate. If you contracted the work the estimating fee would be applied to the work. My only concern was that the representative did not arrive on time. At about on hour late I called assuming they would not be coming. I left a message that I would not be waiting around for them. About an hour and a half late the fellow arrived. Did not say he was sorry until I brought up that he was late. He indicated that he had a breakdown with his truck. Still a limited apology at best. Laying that aside the estimate was very fair at about $145 plus we purchased some sealing product to prevent this in the future. We also will cover the Lester as Lazyboy will not back up it's product and was rude when we called them which really angered us after spending $22,000 overall with them! We would use Leather Medic again as we are very happy with the work they did.

Called them. Responded immediately. Told me man to do the work would call. Took some time for man to call, but it was near the holidays. He came to house, immediately started work & finished about 2 hours later. Work is very fine.

I contacted them via their website on a Saturday. They emailed me back 45 minutes later & called early the next week to set up an appt for an estimate. After surveying the damage, Chade set up the service visit for a week later. The estimate matched the final price & he was on time the first visit and here early the second.
