General Remodeling
The job lasted over a period of two weeks. He was the contractor and hired sub contractors to do the work. He began documenting the progress with photos and updates. This contractor was hired to do complete multiple projects as part of a home remodeling upgrade. He did not install A/C Heat units as contracted. He did not forward keys to property on locks that were changed. He downgraded the main electrical breaker from 150 amps to 60 amp service as a form of sabotage to the property. He refuses to obtain lien waivers from the subcontractors. The last few days of the project his attitude changed. His attitude became demanding, belligerent, and sarcastic.. Today he advised me how he sabotaged the property by downgrading the electrical amperage service so that none of the appliances would function. Unfortunately, he is vindictive and vile. I will be in a legal battle with him.
