The service that I was getting from my previous pool service company was getting increasingly poor so I knew I had to make a change. Jeff, from Koenig, came out and we chatted about what his company could do for me. Because they are local to my area and because I was assured that I would have the same person each week service the pool, I decided to try them. I have been very satisfied with Matt. He has answered any question that I had, is reliable, polite, and knows what he's doing. I would recommend Koenig Pool Service.

We recently (Dec. 2011) switched pool service providers. When we terminated Star Pools, we immediately contacted Dave with Koenig and he came over within2 hours. He talked with us , quoted a per month price, and has been providing service on a weekly basis. We are comfortable with Dave - we are snowbirds who need to feel confident that our pool will be cleaned when we are not here.

Jeff Koenig and his crew always does a prompt and professional job at a reasonable cost. He is now the service provider for all of the pools, spas and fountains in our community of The Cascades on Estero Parkway. While we were in Illinois this summer our timer on the spa broke and Jeff replaced it promptly and at a very reasonable cost. Our former spa service provider would have charged much more and would not have been as prompt
