Our family was looking for a new dentist's office, and decided to try King's Crown. While Dr. King is very friendly and knowledgeable, unfortunately there is a hygienist employed there who, in our opinion, gives a very rough and uncomfortable cleaning. I went first, and hoping it had just been an and quot;offand quot;day, did not warn my teenage daughters before she cleaned their teeth. Unfortunately, their experience was the same. I made it a point to request the other hygienist for us on our second cleaning 6 months later, but again, I was caught off guard and frustrated to learn my daughters were scheduled with her again. We were all very dismayed with their pain and discomfort ( to the point of needing Tylenol) and I have let Dr. King know we will not be returning. In addition, this same hygienist and quot;misreadand quot; my daughters' charts and had additional x-rays taken of them both WITHOUT MY CONSENT, while I was 10 feet away, having my teeth cleaned by the much-gentler hygienist, even though they both had had a full set taken 11/13, only 6 months earlier. This was the last straw for me personally, and I would advise anyone looking for a cleaning to at least request Theresa. It is a shame, because Dr. King is really very friendly and likable, and was very gracious when I called to share my concerns, so I cannot give all negative reviews.

She is excellent and very good at her job. She is the best I've had. I have been seeing her for 3 years now. She is detailed oriented and very professional. Scheduling is a little tough, she gets busy, so you do have to schedule your appointments a head of time. They do take emergency appointments however.

I met with the dentist who was honest and helpful. She stated she didn't thnk they could perform all the work I wanted. She suggested another dentist who she felt would be better suited to handle my request.

They are very thorough, are willing to work with me to set up payment arrangements until my insurance kicked in, and are very professional. Dr. King made a bite guard for me to wear at night, which was better than other ones I have had in the past. The nurse came up with a treatment plan for me to litigate the effects of gum disease so that I didn't have to have surgery and that wound up working very well for me, that made me very happy.

We've got some appointments coming up and so we're going to go back and see them. They were very accommodating as far our schedule goes. We needed to see someone because I had broken a tooth. They were very good that way. The dentist gave us the price before he did anything. When we asked him to check something else out, he did. He went out and got us a price of what it would be to do that service. It couldn't have been any nicer. We're changing over to them. The staff was wonderful.

Gave options, costs of each and no charge.

First visit went great got information needed to form opinion and will go back for additional dental work.

All went well.

We've been very happy with him. I myself may go to see him also when I need a cleaning. He put her at ease and was very gentle. The staff and everyone was very nice and helpful.

I'm new to the area and had a dental emergency. King's Crown was able to get me in to fix the problem quickly. I was with my previous dentist over 30 years and was very concerned about finding a practice that would be as professional and yet friendly.I could not be more pleased. I was able to resolve my tooth problem at a cost much less than I expected. There was no waiting on the day of my appointments. The services were completed quickly in a very friendly environment. I have now scheduled my parents with King's Crown and highly recommend this practice to everyone.

They are very professional. I walk in and feel comfortable. I am not a person who enjoys going to the dentist and they make my experience enjoyable. They availability is very good. If you have an issue, they will make themselves available. The staff makes you feel comfortable. I have never had to wait for my appointments. They keep me informed of what they are doing. I never had a problem with them.

Visited dentist because old crown had broken. Dr. King painlessly reshaped tooth, took cast for new crown and within two weeks had new crown. New crown feels better than older crown did from the beginning.

They are very nice. I had an emergency and they took me in right away and I have seen them now for 2 years. That is a good thing about them is that they treat emergencies and are fancily oriented. They are very good and did some repairs. They make an effort to do preventative medicine.

They have excellent customer service. A clean friendly atmosphere. Definitely recommended. The price listed is for my filling after insurance.
