Stacey came out to give us an estimate. We had a Palm tree, tree next to ac and two trees in front of the house. We agreeded on a price which I thought was very responsible. We paid cash the day of services before they started. My husband came home and noticed they forgot to take out one of the trees in the front so I called and had to leave a message.. no call back. Called the next day still no call back called third time and again no callback. I would not recommend this company on the basis of incomplete work and bad customer service..
