Excellent service on the phone from Debbie.  I called the first time and Debbie answered and I explained what was needed.   Kitchen faucet needed to be replaced (it no longer twisted at the base like it should probably from corrosion from hard water - we have well water).  Master bath tub 'trim' - drain trim and round metal circle plug trim on wall of tub were both corroded and needed to be replaced. Debbie helped me select a great quality faucet.  She referred me to a plumbing supply store to look at variety of kitchen faucets.  I ended up choosing Debbie's recommendation.  Thomas did the service, came on time and was very professional and expert.  He did an excellent job installing the new faucet and giving us options for where the handle could be placed.  He is a good educator.  Thomas explained that he installed a very good quality master tub 'trim' and we should not have any corrosion problems.   Very satisfied with services on phone and for installation.

he was prompt. he was very polite and clean. I was very pleased with his work. did the job and left.

On Time, Fast, Friendly, Informative.

I have always found him to be very reasonable. He is punctual. He is as nice of a guy as you could want in your house. His son works with him. Another young man who went to school with his son and who was taught by my son works with them. They are just terrific. I asked them about a smell coming from the attic, and I asked about the plumbing. They actually climbed up there to look for an issue and found a dead squirrel.

The 2 men were on time and fixed the problem. It was great service, end of story.

His prices are very reasonable, and he is very reliable and trustworthy.

Very well. I would have given all A's except I had to call back 6 months later. Fact is I can't say for sure it was their fault.

Late one evening, our old water heater burst, leaving us without hot OR cold water. The next morning we purchased a replacement and tried to arrange installation through a retail store. However, the projected costs kept increasing the price of the estimate and projected delivery was several days later so we canceled the entire order at lunchtime. In mid-afternoon, we called Cutlip's. They immediately sent a technician to disconnect and remove the old heater and another technician brought the new one for installation. By dinnertime we had hot and cold running water again for about the same price as if we had waited for the retail store and contract plumbers to do the job. The technicians were cheerful and accommodating and cleaned up the site beautifully. A+ all around.
