Peter, was technician and did a great job. He was fast and efficient. One thing that the office has to do is have a better way to communicate with the customer when a technician is going to be late or is not coming at all on the day that you have an appointment.

We are always pleased with the service. The tech made sure everything was good.They show up when they say they are going to. We would highly recommend Kenmark to our friends and neighbors.

The installation crew was very good. I paid them but reminded them the salesman Eddi, included fixing duct work to get more air in master bedroom. On contract. Have called them since 6/28/18. They sent out 2 people to diagnose problem. Nothing has come of it. Two weeks ago said call next day as soon as they worked out solution. After all this no calls from them. Jerry Burry assured me it would be fixed.After all these calls nothing from them. I know now I shoulden't have paid them in full until problem was fixed.so don't pay them until every thing that was on contract was fixed to your satisfaction

It took a few times for them to diagnose the problem (as it took a couple of different technicians coming out to figure out the problem and to understand what all they had already done on our unit), but I believe the problem has been resolved. This last problem was build up in the drain pipe, so as we are on a maintenance program with Kenmark, the cost was just the flushing and examining.

GREAT !!!! It is so nice to know that there are good companies like Kenmark who will take care of issues at our five month winter home when we are 1400 miles away.

Fantastic! Annette at Kenmark was a pleasure to deal with and she had a tech out by the afternoon. The tech was knowledgeable and fixed our issue that day. Highly recommend.

I was very pleased. I like these people, they’re good people. I will give them a good review. They’re just very responsive. I was not here, my sister was here, so I don’t know how long it took them. They’re good, honest people. It’s hard to find good, honest air conditioning people in Florida. I have a service contract with them, so they come every 6 months since I moved here, since 2003.

It was terrible The ductwork was destroyed, refused to replace it finally came out and replaced it but did a half job. Then charged a very expensive amount to refill it.

I called into the company and told them my problem the receptionist have the owner give me a call he promptly came alt diagnose the problem fixed it the same day

We purchased the home in April 2014 and the Carrier air conditioning system which was installed by Kenmark in 2013 needed repairs.  In order to have the repairs done we had to pay $275 for a 5 yr PMA.  It seems that the repairs should have been free since the system was only 1 year old; however, we paid the $275. In April 2015 Kenmark came to service the unit for an additional $45.  The tech said the unit was fine after a brief check.  We asked about replacing the air filter since it had never been changed.  He said it didn't need it; however, we said that we would like it changed, so he agreed to order the filter and then he would install it.  However, we didn't notice that on the paperwork he wrote "filter on next service."  After not hearing anything about a filter we called to check and, at that time, they said they would check with the tech and get back to us.  Since that time, we have made 15 calls to ask about the filter.  At one point they said the tech would have to come measure and then they said they had the measurements from the info on the unit.
They then tried to put off the install until October; however, we were insistent that the filter needed to be changed now.  After several more calls, they said that they would send someone out to change the filter for a cost of $179.  They arrived on June 30 with a filter that didn't fit the unit.  In addition, they arrived without even a ladder to reach the unit.  After using my ladder, they accessed the filter and indicated that the filter was very dirty and damaged; however, the filter that they brought was the wrong size.  They put the very dirty, damaged filter back into the system and said that they would notify the office.
We have since told them that we don't want them back and we'd like to be reimbursed for the residual of the $275 5 year PMA.
We then went to a local Carrier dealer and bought the correct filter and installed it.

Provider told me 1 air conditioner did not work and suggested we buy a new one. The next morning I checked outside and he did not turn the air conditioner back on. I did and it has been working fine.

They service my condo unit every year and do a good job.

It was reasonably priced especially for having an older home and the insulation and all kinds of bad stuff. It was really low packed and it needed to be all taken out and refilled in there so they did actually a great job and my attic space is very tight in there and it is hard to get up into.
