JWS provided three men to do the job. They showed up on time and worked quickly to prep and dismantle the beds, office wall unit etc. once prepped, they loaded the truck. Two trips were required but not a single item was damaged. Upon unloading at the new house, Eric returned to the old house for the remaining few items while the other two assembled the furniture. These guys are professionals and did an excellent job. I would hire them again in a heartbeat!

they did a fantastic job, I was worried at first since they didn't come out for an estimate to move my one bedroom apt and wanted no money down, they arrived exactly on time, in a nice newish truck, with two wonderful guys who worked like heck. not only were they polite and hard working but they were funny too. put platform bed together, etc. couldn't be more helpful or professional.

Excellent. The owner came and checked out the site and safe personally, and then has his crew arrive within minutes and it all went beautifully.
They were all professional, friendly and quick.
And this was a difficult move, as the old safe is awkward and very heavy!

John came out and gave us an estimate.. he was on time, very polite, and thorough. Then on moving day the crew called ahead, showed up on time, and worked their butts off, and got everything moved for us. This is actually our third move using Special Delivery/JWS moving, and we would use them again. He gave us a price, but they get paid by the hour, so if you get things moved/sold ahead of time like we did you can save yourself some $. John and his wife were awesome, and the crew was great.

The service provided by JWS Moving and Delivery (also has
the name of Special Delivery Services) in the move from Naples to Clermont in
Florida was super. The three individuals that moved all of my stuff were
outstanding as they did several things that I did not anticipate. Besides
assembling items they also inserted felt pads on the bottom of several of my
furniture so they would not scratch my Oak hardwood floors. They even helped me
rearrange some of my furniture. Whenever I moved in the past I was very
disappointed with the movers. This time was completely different and I would
definitely use this company again for any future move in Florida. They were excellent!

o.I can't add anything to the above.They handled everything with great care, no damages or scratches and they did it in a prompt, workmanlike manner. I think a key is that John has full time employess doing thework rather than hiring temporaries to supplement the driver.

John was very flexible with scheduling. They are very responsive.

It really could not have gone better. Eric and Craig showed up early, and were extremely friendly and professional. They carried my stuff down three flights, and then jogged (not the typical slow-paced "I'm getting paid by the hour" walk) back up the steps. I get very stressed and anxious during the moving process, and they were so on top of things and trustworthy that I was able to finally relax (and that is truly priceless). They really have packing a truck down to a science. Very fair rates, and John was very helpful on the phone. I would definitely use them again (if I didn't just leave town). Thanks guys!
