Left message and never received a call back

Whoever answered the phone was kind of a smart-aleck; and quot;Angie's list, what's Angie's list.and quot; and quot;Who's offering a coupon, oh he's down in Naples, I'll ask the boss but I don't think soand quot; Needless to say, no coupon or discount was offered.
The employee performing the re-keying was professional and brought the problem with three of the deadbolts to my attention, explained what needed to be done and fixed the problem.

Services were scheduled to meet customer's timeframe and all work was performed quickly and satisfactorily.

After trying to contact another locksmith with no response, I contacted our realtor to see if he could recommend someone. He provided Koon's and told us that they do a great job and he has used them several times. He was right! I called and they ask when we would like for them to come out and then showed up at the scheduled time. We had only received keys to the front door and after moving in found that there were other doors that the keys didn't work in. Mark came out and was able to re-key all the locks, including a screen door with an unusual lock on it. He was very professional and provided us with additional information on the 'finish' of our locks here in SW Florida. We were very pleased with the work performed. He also drilled out the holes for our deadbolts which were not deep enough. Before he did, he actually showed us that because they were not drilled out properly that they could be opened easily.

The locksmith was prompt and polite. Did the work quickly and didn't have a problem being in the presents of a displeased Chihuahua. This is the second time we used them. The previous call was many years ago. It was the same man that came this time. He remembered us. I might be off on the price. It was around that dollar amount. We will use them again. The work was done in no time.

Went to store and bought the safe and worked out an install date. 2 men came to my home and installed the safe a few days later.

We knew that we wanted a decent quality safe to store important documents in our home. The company rep spent a good bit of time showing us each of the models and did not pressure us into buying something. We went to other stores and saw the same models for a better price but their service was less than stellar. So we called Koons and asked if they would match the price, which they did. We delivered and installed the safe ourselves so I can't comment on their in-home service.
