They didn’t even put the new piping under unit. They just installed one big piece and only put a new reducer on the unit. The unit had the 14inch and they ran the piece under the house, put a reducer on it and hooked it back to my old 12inch without installing any new piping under the house.  In my estimate, it states that would have new piping installed. I called them two days after they put it in. I told Joe the owner that the air flow was not right but they said that I was just not used to the system.  He said that if he had to come out, he would charge me for it. I had to buy $400 of additional heaters in my home because he would not come out. The temperature would raise 10 degrees above what it was set on so I called him. He said that was okay for it to do it and he hung up on me. When I tried to call him back, Joe would just hang up on me on again.

Crew showed up on time and prepared to work.  Equipment van was set up in a workman like manner.  You could tell they were professionals and had done this many times before.  They frnished entire job, including duct work and removal of old unit, in approxmately 5 hours.  Permit was on site and the city inspected the next day.
