Marie and Diego came by to give us an estimate. Crew of four painters arrived and worked efficiently and professionally. We are very pleased with a job well done.

Two workers arrived on time, 5 days in a row, and worked diligently in very hot and humid weather. They did good preparation and were meticulous on all the trim. We couldn't be happier with the result.

Diego was the painter/handyman that is part of our condo community that does the work on all our units when requested by the Condo owners. The main issue that has caused me distress, was the damaged granite that had lost all luster in an area that was 14 x 18 and it was also poorly cut by two large seams by either side of the sink. I had ended up choosing the higher price granite, but then the lower price granite was not deducted from the original estimate for the kitchen. The painting job was not professionally done for the 30 year old condo. They did not prepare for the oil paint to be removed. The water based paint was added on top of the oil paint along door, trims and base boards which caused the paint to now begin peeling. The corner edges metal was showing, the corner should have been prepared with stress tape before speckling and then should have had orange peeled texture restored. Overall, the experience was not up to my professional expectations and I would not recommend him. Communication was not easy due to a language barrier. I felt like he did not listen to my needs as the customer. Recently through the county clerk, as of May 2016, he had no insurance or workman's comp. It had expired!

I feel so fortunate to have found Diego and Maria Palacio.  I was first recommended to them by one of the counter guys at Sherwin Williams on 41 and Boy Scout.  I had asked for the name of a painter that was good and did not expensive.  The guy went right for their card and said "  Here is your guy.  He is the best."  They are a really nice couple and came right over to look at our condo and give us an estimate.   Diego has a small crew and he supervises all work.  Maria does all the communications and makes all arrangements.  Maria is quick to respond to all emails.  The price they gave me was about 1/2 what my neighbors had paid for similar work.  Their price included all paint and supplies.  They did an excellent job.  I only used them for painting but I know that they also do remodeling services including crown moulding, new baseboards, new cabinets and trim.
