Was specifically looking for a generator with a Briggs & Stratton engine. Found the Briggs & Stratton website on line and they recommended this particular company. Complete turkey operation. They handled everything from obtaining all necessary permits, propane tank and generator to having propane tank filled and providing training after install. Generator came with its own mounting pad but I paid $250 extra for an additional 3" concrete pad to keep it higher off the ground and out of potential water following a hurricane. I also paid additional $50 to have concrete pad anchored to ground, again in case of hurricane. The generator is anchored to the pad they provide and that pad is anchored to concrete pad. They contacted the utility companies for location of any buried cables, buried the propane tank and piping that runs to the generator and replaced grass removed during the process. A week later you couldn't tell it had ever been removed. It took 5 workdays to complete the process, 2 days of which were getting the electrical and then the gas tank installation permits signed off. The absolute only inconvenience to me during the entire process was a 4 hour power outage while they hooked up the automatic transfer switch and new breaker panel they installed in the garage. They caulked around both the transfer switch and breaker panel and paid the gas company for the LP fill up which I later reimbursed them for. They were very professional, polite and punctual. Extremely happy with the job they did. It was completely stress free and I would happily recommend them.
