The recall work was done promptly and the service advisor informed me that I probably needed some very expensive transmission work to solve the vibration problem and that my front brakes needed new pads. Estimated price for the Transmission - $4000 and $250 for the brakes.
I decided to get a second opinion at an independent repair shop I know and trust. Turned out that the wheels needed rebalancing and one tire was slightly out of round. This solved the vibration problem. Also, I was told that the front brakes were good for and quot;at leastand quot; 5000 additional miles before they needed work. His price for all this was $45 - one percent of what Honda of Ft. Myers was estimating. Needless to say, I won't be very trusting of what they might say in the future. As I am looking to purchase a new car in the near future, this little incident might just cost them a sale.

The transaction went smoothly and was finished on time.

I was pleased with that and it set me at ease. They have all my car records and they know what needs to be done. It is convenient to me but I have had long waits and it maybe because I don't make appointments. I have had a couple of problems with the battery and they find out if it is under warranty. So it is just the convenience of having one stop shopping.

This last visit was okay. My previous visits have not been all that great. They are competent at repairs. They do not limit themselves to just what I want done. They always have a list of everything that needs to be done and they have to be done right away or I will be in danger and that is not true. One time I took my car to them and they filled my windshield washer fluid with fluid that was good for Florida but not for northern states and my wipers quit working because the fluid had frozen. If they are going to be putting fluids in my car, they need to ask me first. When I go in there now, they do not change my fluids with out asking and they do not check anything that I do not want looked at. There is nothing wrong with Honda quality and products. I do not like the practices.

My husband and I recently purchased a 2012 Honda CRV from this dealership. It was the easiest buying experience we have ever had! You can't beat their prices. We also got a better deal than what we expected on our trade-in. We are planning on going back to buy a second car!!

We bought our Accord about 18 months ago. We have been back three times for the oil change, etc., once for a minor switch recall and twice for a broken part in the electric window (one for diagnosis, one for replacement).I love being able to make an appt over the internet 24/7 with the e-mail response and reminder.For each appt we were received professionally and punctually.We were given an expected completion time and were updated throughout the stay. In each instance, we were pleased to have the car back before the promised time. Little things like coffee and donuts and popcorn are nice in the waiting area, but a free ice cream while you are waiting is really over the top.I have not been disappointed with our decision to buy here.BTW, they even sent me a Happy Birthday greeting with a special little gift. (you will have to find out on your own)

They don't pay attention to what you are asking or requesting. They charged me more for my car than the sticker price. The car was not on the lot and when it arrived they overcharged me by $3,000. Just beware if you buy there.

I made an appointment, drove in to service entrance, was pleasantly greeted, enjoyed a specialty coffee in the waiting lounge, strolled around the showroom and car lot. The car was ready in less than an hour. There was no pressure to add additional services. I received a list of items to watch..upcoming service needs. I paid by credit card and was on my way. The dealership sends me service reminders by e-mail. I have used Ft. Myers Honda for 6 years and found them competent and courteous.

My girlfriend’s car had a problem. We took it there and they did a great job. We spent about $500. Her car broke down between here and West Palm Beach. We had had it towed in there. It was an engine problem; a transmission problem but I don't recall what the actual problem was. They provided good service. I thought it was a fair price. We were happy with them. We did not get other estimates so I don't know how to compare the price. The car is still running well. I will use them again in the future.

They were terrific when I bought my car from them. They've been very helpful and their service has been good. I have no complaints.
