They come quarterly, and will be coming either end of this month or beginning of next.

Because I wasn't a customer already getting regular servicing, they wouldn't come out to check out the insect problem we were having.  Seems like a "catch 22" situation.

We have an annual contract and the technician comes every quarter.  They are very professional and always ask if we have noticed any unusual activity.  They generally spray around the exterior, but have also done inside when we have seen other pests.  We have had three different technicians over the three years we have used Home Team and all three have been knowledgeable and do a good job of explaining what they find.  Definitely would recommend them.

When I had new toilets installed (you can read about that on my review of Pro Tec Plumbing), the plumber noticed some sawdust looking debris where the supply hose exited the wall, and informed me that it may be from termites.
I then called HomeTeam Pest Defense and they said they would have someone there within a few hours to check things out for me.
Within 5 minutes two of their employees showed up and check it out.
Thankfully, it was not from termites, but the shavings were from ants and seemed to have been in the wall for a while (I assume from the previous owners of our house, who were not real big on preventative maintenance).
They went ahead and sprayed for ants, and checked outside for any ant activity in the ground, as well as checking the termite bait stations.
Luckily, they found nothing.
I am under the assumption that they didn't find any insect activity because they treat my house on a regular basis.
I would recommend HomeTeam Pest Defense for insect and termite control.

I have a contract with HomeTeam Pest Defense and can call them anytime, for instance if I see bugs around my home and they'll come.

I am dropping them. Service is nothing special, and they have raised their prices over 25% in the last 18-24 months. They won't get a positive recommendation from me.

I do not get bugs in my house. They do an excellent job. They knock down wasps nest, spiders, and any other bugs.

They control the pest pretty well. If I have a problem inside I would call them and they make an extra trip. I am quite happy with what they charge.

I have no problems with them. The work they do is good and what they are instructed to do.

It is an annual contract with 4 treatments. The guy was very professional. We really didn't see him at work. We had some extra things around the house like there were a lot of spiders in the cage. When he was gone all the spiders were gone and they haven't come back. We thought that might be something that he wouldn't bother with or wouldn't deal with. When he was gone all the cobwebs were gone and there were dozens of them. We haven't seen any since.

They have always done a very god job. If we see bugs they will come out and treat to our satisfaction. I can’t say anything negative at all. They provide good service.

I would definitely recommend them to others.  The person who comes out to spray is very nice.  If I call them back, they come right out at no charge.  They always wear covers on their feet, so that they do not mess anything out when they come in.  They are very professional.

We are very satisfied with them.  We have not had one problem.  Since we’re doing well I would not want to change to anyone else.  They come back when I call, within a day or so.

They have always been very, very good. However long it takes to get rid of the ants or pests, they will do everything they can to defeat them!
