After we wrote a purchase agreement on a home in Ft. Myers, our realtor gave us the names of three home inspection service companies in the area. I called all three to get quotes. The first company never answered their phone, the second company had a phone bank answering the phone and they were doing hard selling. When I called Hometeam Inspection Service, Pam immediately put me at ease and answered all my questions. She was very responsive and I thought their prices were competitive. She sent an email confirmation for my inspection appointment. Our inspection was done within a couple days and the reports were done shortly there after. They uploaded an electronic copy of the reports to their website so I could easily download them. Hometeam Inspection Service was reliable and professional. I would definitely hire them again.

I did use them.  I was very, very satisfied.  He did his job well, did what I asked him to do and I was very satisfied.  If I was speaking to Angie's List member I would tell them that I hired them to do a job and they did it well, I was happy.  I would recommend them.
