Holly Zasadny

After some friends recommended Holly to us, we are very happy to say, that was really a great recommendation! We are living overseas, needed to sell a property and buy another and Holly did fight for the best results for us. Holly knows so much about the market, all processes and tools and, way more important, she can listen to customer’s needs and understands their fears. Holy worked for us, because we could not be there. She met with contractors at our home, and also arranged for contractors to do a lot of work. just to prepare the home for sale. and then coordinated a visual presentation that that was GREAT!

Holly was recommended by a friend and we're so grateful for the recommendation.  From initial contact, Holly was professional and attentive to our needs.  She was sensitive to the feedback that we provided during the early house hunting process and she used this feedback to hone in on homes that would better meet our needs.  We would most likely fall under the category of "difficult buyers" as we had a list of wants but were also on a budget but Holly never made us feel like we were "difficult".  Throughout the process she was optimistic that she would help us find a home that met our needs within our budget.  And she did.  Even during and after closing Holly went above and beyond to help ease the anxiety of the home buying process.
