Holiday A/C came out and fixed the A/C but didn't fix the real problem. We experienced the same failure the next day. They replaced a $35 capacitor and charged us $231 for that used capacitor plus $200 service call. Needless to say we had another A/C company come out and find the problem and we had them install the new system. I can only guess how expensive that would have been with Holiday A/C!!!

On Thursday night, my 15 year old AC system that had been on life support for about 6 years started blowing warm. I thought it was frozen and I used my normal procedure for fixing that. When that failed, I called my regular AC company on Friday morning. Keep in mind that it is June in south Florida, so the house began to heat up quickly. My regular company was unable to respond in a timely manner, so I got a recommendation from a friend for Holiday AC. They responded quickly and Roger arrived at my home. He evaluated my system and found that it had breathed its last breath. He spent a great deal of time trying to get it working through the weekend to no avail. Being it was now late afternoon on Friday, Holiday, nor anyone else would have been able to perform a full system install that day. Roger made some calls and priced me out a new 5 ton 14 SEER system. He said the install would normally have to be done on Monday, but not wanting to see us spend the very hot weekend without air, he made a few more calls and assembled a crew to do the install on Saturday morning (which was much appreciated). After a sweaty night, Zac and Bill arrived early to begin the install. They were both very friendly and very skilled and professional. The install went smoothly and Roger and the guys even came out later in the day to address another issue unrelated to the install. I can't thank these guys enough for going out of their way to help me out of a tight spot. Highly recommend Holiday AC.

Very well. Arrived late afternoon 4pm but worked clean and fast. Out by 7:45pm

Two people came to complete the service and it took maybe four hours for them to complete the work.  They were reasonable and had some good workers.  The area was left very clean.  At least they didn't try to scam me like another provider did.

Amazing....tjey were prompt professional and listened to our needs no up sells or gimmicks.

It was a full day of work.  :(

Tech did an outstanding job, was personable and a joy to have in my home. I will recommend both Holiday & Xavier to others in need.

Excellent. Arrived on time. Explained everything and made suggestions to keep furnace in top shape. Very courteous, helpful and professional.

Xavier did an excellent job explaining the problem with our old unit (hit by a power surge) and patiently showed us how the whole unit was affected, all the way to the thermostat. He went over all of our options and was very helpful. They did not try to overcharge us, handled the FPL rebate for us, and made scheduling easy. Everything was installed professionally and he cleaned up everything before he left. I think he left the garage cleaner than when he arrived!

We have used this company for over 10 years and have never been disappointed. They have always taken good care of us and responded quickly - even on nights and weekends if we have any trouble on a summer night.  

I am also very grateful that they recommended the UV Bulb to purify our air. We have rarely been sick since it was installed and my allergies have improved greatly.

It went awesome! Chad took care of everything and explained to me what he was doing. Because I was so comfortable and pleased with the service, I signed a home maintenance agreement with them. I love the peace of mind I have now knowing I am taken care of.

  I could not be more pleased with the quality of their work.  I have only ever had one problem and that was with the hot water heater and it was defective..  The company that made it  covered the cost of a new one.  I have not had any problems with my A/C.  Also, I have a service contract with them and my unit is serviced once a year.  I highly recommend them.  They are very professional and courteous.  They clean up after their jobs.
