Within 6 months the carpet was showing excessive wear and matting with very low traffic flow. The manufacturer recommends steam cleaning at 24 months. When Hessler was contacted for a warranty claim it was only 21 months from installation. We were told we had to get it steam cleaned before any claim support with the manufacturer rep. could occur. In addition, Hessler does not respond to email details about lack of warranty support. Upon posting reviews, they will call you but then nothing happens. Recommend avoiding this company - there are much more responsive flooring firms in the Fort Myers area.
