Kevin is a very punctual and efficient contractor.  He showed up when he said he would, and finished the job as outlined.  He presented a detailed proposal of each part of the work to be performed and the cost for that portion of the work.  He did a very professional job in all aspects and completed the job on schedule with no additional charges.  I've been in the construction and property management business for over forty years, and I can say that Kevin performed his work as well as anyone I have ever used.  He's a very pleasant person and was a pleasure to have on the job.  I have now bought new furniture for the lanai and am enjoying it every day.  The lanai went from something that I avoided to another usable room of the condo.  With the pleasant winter weather approaching, I am looking forward to many enjoyable days on the lanai thanks to the work done by Kevin.  I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone.
